Reminds me of Pepperidge Farm's Cinnamon-Raisin Bread, only much healthier!

WAY too many problems with the integrity of the company. VERY expensive-$3.78 for a half gallon. And most importantly, cow's milk is for calves, NOT humans. Go to www.notmilk.com if you want to kick your milk habit and learn why you should.

I used Fuzzi Bunz for our baby when he was a newborn and was very disappointd that they were quite leaky. They were so soft and comfortable and so much safer than disposable diapers. All babies come in different sizes and shapes, so maybe he just didn't fill them in right. They are at least worth trying out. If you buy them used on eBay, you can probably get most of your $$ back when you sell them.

As gross as this sounds, I didn't really like the stone because it seemed like it would pick up the smell of my armpit. I switched to the Thai spray and it works great. I also put Miessence deoderant on over the spray, just because I like my armpits to have a good scent. Even though the stone is not my favorite, it is better than the cancer deoderant sticks with all the chemicals.

This is the best tasting and healthiest coconut oil I have found. I use it for everything: popcorn and waffles (great butter substitute!), sauteing, baking Only 2 complaints: 1) It comes in a plastic container 2) As with any coconut oil, it is difficult to use in things that you add cold ingredients (such as cookie mixes with eggs) because the coconut oil solidifies when it gets cold, making it very hard to mix.

Whether it actually helps the cold, I don't know. But at least it is something comforting to give your child when he's sick, and it tastes good. I usually add stevia to the tea as a sweetener.

Shake bottle and then mix 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp. raw honey, and 8 oz. cold purified water. This makes a very refreshing drink on a hot day (occasionally the powerful taste of the apple cider vinegar will choke you up a bit, but it's still good and very healthy)

I had forgotten about Bragg's Aminos for several years. Then the other day one of my friends reminded me of it, so I sprayed some on the brown rice I was cooking and added almonds. It made a really flavorful, quick, and easy vegetarian meal and both of my children liked it (which makes life SO much easier for me)!

After watching the exciting preview, the movie was not quite as exciting as I had expected. Al Gore makes many good points about his message, although the Upton Sinclair quote in his movie accurately reflects his conflict of interest (which he "conveniently" fails to mention in the movie) about his ties to the Angus cattle breeding business (in case you didn't know, cows are a huge contributor to global warming). I also wonder if he does anything to offset the carbon emissions created by his private jet when he is flying around the globe talking about reducing carbon emissions. If you can get over the hypocrisy of the movie, then it is really interesting and informative.

I can't even begin to say enough good thigs about this soap! It leaves you feeling tingly clean, and the few times I have showered without it have not been a pleasant experience. Before I starting using peppermint soap, my legs would always have this gross, white, soapy residue (especially after shaving). Now, I get a clean shave (with no razorburn). I also use it to clean my face and occasionally wash my hair (although I wouldn't recommend washing your hair with it if you need to go somewhere that your hair needs to look nice). I don't sell this product, but check out my website (www.ilovemyorganics.com) and reviews for other great organic products!
