Fruit tea
The best tea I have tasted comes from Harney & Sons. They have black tea mixture with fruit or fruit alone. You need a brewing basket to put a teaspoon of tea in and then let it stand for five minutes. The flavor is strong and not artificial. You can buy the tea and baskets from Harney

Whirlpool for wound healing
I recently had an infection on my hand from a cat bite. It was severe enough to require an incision to clean out the area. This left a 1 cm diameter opening that healed slowly because I have diabetes. Originally the doctor wanted me to make daily trips to a medical office to use a specialized whirlpool to immerse my hand. This would have been very difficult to do. As an alternative I suggested a home whirlpool. The Homedics jet spa is designed for foot treatment but it worked great for my hand. My friend purchased it for me from Bed Bath and Beyond. I filled it with warm water and immersed my hand for thirty minutes each day. The Homedics jet spa has both bubbles and whirlpool jets. The wound was healing very slowly until I started the whirlpool treatments. I could do everything at home and didn't have to make daily trips to the doctor's office for the whirlpool. The wound healed in just a few weeks once I started using the jet spa. It is not expensive and worked wonders.

Improved digestion with therapeutic enzymes
Therapeutic enzymes are an all vegetable product that can significantly improve digestion and do many other things. Anti-inflammatory cherry juice
I have severe arthritis and tart cherry juice was reported to have anti-inflammatory properties. I purchased Brownwood Acres (in Michigan) concentrate. The delivery was very quick to California. This tart cherry juice is concentrated and is natural with no sugar added. This was important to me because I have diabetes. It mixes easily with water and tastes like cherry pie filling without sugar. I found my muscle and joint pain to be significantly reduced. It did not cause any spike to my blood sugar.

Friskies cat food
Friskies is not expensive and my cats love it. I don't know how eco-friendly it is, but they clean the dish every time, so I know the amount of wasted food is very small. Also, I'm sure the cats are eating parts of chicken and turkey and fish that people would not eat.
