One of my favorites This flavor and the Ginger Zing are my favorite boxed granolas. The hemp adds 600 mg of Omega 3's, unusual to find in granola.

Doesn't work for me Admitted, I live in the South, and I can challenge the best deodorant on a summer day, but this stuff just doesn't work for me. If I use it, I STINK. Good, but don't overload them I like that these bags are made out of 80% recycled plastic bottles, but I agree, they can start to come apart. However, I do find that sackers (especially at other grocers) tend to overfill them with heavy goods. Even though they're reusable doesn't mean that they're meant to be filled to the top...

Emergen-C by Alacer is the best I try to always have a few packets in my purse. When you buy it by the box, they cost about 25 cents each, so they're a healthy and cheap alternative to sodas. All flavors (not just the Electro-Mix) have 100 to 200 mg of Potassium, which make it a great low to no sugar alternative to sports drinks...

I like them but The negative heel takes some getting used to, and if you use them as walking shoes and have other walking shoes that don't have a negative heel, you'll probably get a major pain in the calf. Just take it easy when you're first get them and give your legs some time to adapt.
