Lifeway Organic Kefir
Excellent kefir smoothy. ~800 cal/bottle, serving size is 1/4 of a bottle. 10 live/active cultures. Filling, energizing, good taste. I like the Peach and Vanilla, but the Pomegranate is particularly good, perhaps the best of all. Would like them to make a chocolate and/or mango one.
