Good plain yogurt, flavored yogurts too sweet
I like their plain organic yogurt- good and rich. Their fruit-flavored yogurts taste a bit too sweet. As opposed to Wallaby organic yogurts the fruit is at the bottom of the yogurt cups and is too syrupy and excessively sweet. Their plain yogurt is worth buying in the large 32 oz. size, but I'd say to go for Wallaby individual cups instead of Stoneyfield's.

Great creamy organic yogurt
I love this Aussie-style creamy yogurt. It's low in fat, but rich in flavor and doesn't taste too sweet. My favorite flavors are their orange passion fruit and their raspberry. They sell large size containers for plain and vanilla yogurt as well as smaller individual sized cups as well. All in all good stuff!

Good natural energy bar
Clif bars are good for an energy pick-me up and don't taste as artificial as PowerBars. They're also made with organic soy flour, soy beans and oats. If you have a peanut allergy beware of flavors like oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip and banana nut as I found I got a slight allergic reaction when eating them. That said, several flavors like apple, cherry and chocolate mint are pretty safe from my experience. Take note that Clif Bars contain flaxseed so if you find that your stomach doesn't agree with you often when you've eaten before exercise, you may want to hold off on eating a Clif Bar until after your workout. That said, Clif Bars do provide good sustained energy for exercise or just for avoiding falling asleep during the mid-day lull.

Patagonia Organic Cotton Short-sleeve polo shirt
Patagonia's organic cotton short-sleeve polos are great, very comfortable and made with 100% organic cotton. Patagonia is making an effort to be one of the best suppliers of organic cotton garments and are doing a great job. They also offer a full replacement for many of their items such as bags and will let you recycle your used capilene clothing as well. Also, they are a member of 1% for the Planet, a group of businesses that gives at least 1% of profits to environmental non-profits.

Great Bread
This bread is about as good as it gets. They sell all-organic breads, created in the French style. Their bakeries are much in the style of a French boulangerie with pastries, baguette, coffee, etc. Their multi-grain baguette is my personal favorite, but their standard baguette gets the job done as well. Good organic bread
Acme has good organic bread creations. At their Berkeley bakery there is also a small cafe where you can get breakfast and brunch creations. Their breads are also sold at grocery stores around the Bay area. Also note that they have bakeries in Mountain View in the Peninsula and also in the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Overall I think their breads are pretty good. Their sweet baguette is good and crusty and their walnut-cranberry loaf is also good. That said, breads made by the Bay Bread Company are step better organic breads that taste like what you'd expect from a French boulangerie.

Slightly oversalty soup broth
Good organic soups that can be purchased at most natural foods grocery stores. Slightly on the saltier side, but still good. Their vegetable broth is a good starter for more involved soup creations.

Super addictive, excellent organic popcorn
Great organic popcorn. Finishing a bag takes a surprisingly short period of time. Even though they add oil and salt to their popcorn, they only use natural ingredients so there isn't as much of an aftertaste as with many microwave able popcorn brands or the popcorn served at most movie theaters.

Great organic milk
Organic Valley's milk is of an excellent quality and tastes pretty sweet- maybe because of the grass fed to their cows. Also great that they are a co-op of family farms from around the country, though especially in New England and the Midwest. Definitely worth checking out, especially in comparison to Horizon's dairy products.

Great local natural supermarket in Ithaca
Greenstar is a great place to get organic foods, natural medicines, and home and pet supplies. They have a good deli area and a very good bulk section with tons of dried organic fruits and nuts. They're kind of like what Whole Foods would be like if it were a locally-owned co-op. Greenstar also owns a small natural grocery store in the DeWitt Mall in downtown Ithaca. If you're a Cornell or Ithaca College student Oasis is probably your best bet for getting natural groceries, as Greenstar is a bit farther away and the other grocery stores are a good drive away.
