Review of By The Way

Tree Free Paper

The album, at the time, was their most noteworthy chart debut (with over 700,000 copies sold in first week), emerging at #2 and producing hit singles such as: "By the Way", "The Zephyr Song" , "Can't Stop", "Dosed", and "Universally Speaking". It is the most subdued album they had generated to date, focusing primarily on melodic ballads as opposed to their classic style of rap-driven funk. The Red Hot Chili Peppers insisted that their label, Warner Bros., use tree-free and recycled paper on their new release, By The Way. The CD features a 12 page CD insert printed on Living Tree Paper Company's Déjà Vu™ 100# Matte Text.

My Fav Milk

And my fav thing about it is that the cream raises to the top. I was curious about milk products before and attempted to create cheese using the typical store bought milk. It didn't work. I found out that that's because the milk was homogenized. It hit me how unnatural THIS milk was and I loved it when I found an organic, unhomogenized milk. Now I only want to drink REAL milk. There are other great things about this milk too, it comes in a glass bottle, there are no hormones, antibiotics or pesticides, and it dosen't comed from genetically modified cows.

High price for Hybrid

I take this transit system regularlly. They're a good system when it comes to having stops at frequent and convinient places, but thier prices are high. It's $1.75, which might be the highest bus prices for the bay area and there are misprints in the map and scedual booklettes. I was about to give them only three stars, but then I remembered that they now have some hybrid busses. That's more than enough for me to bump them up to 4 stars. Let me know if you feel I should bump it all the way up to 5 stars for that, or any other reason.

Lots of Organic produce

It can be difficult to find organic variaty, and especially organic produce and meat, whaen you're in Livermore. This is why I was so happy to see lots of quality produce sold at the Livermore Farmer's Market. They also have other organic products such as breads at the market. I gave it four stars because it only lasts for the warmer half of the year.

Gotta try them

I love this business. Their food is just to die for. I particularlly recomend their chocolate cookies which have chocolate chips and some can also have nuts. Walnuts I think. Those might be my fave food in the world (right behind anything my mother makes, of course). The food gets a deffinate 5 stars, but the overall rating gose down a notch for thier high prices. Then it goes back up a notch for the good looking guy who sells thier goods at the Livermore (& probablly pleasanton) farmer's market.
