As Good as it Gets
Cafe Gratitude covers every aspect of good business, good service, and the highest quality, healthy food available. They are committed to pioneering these fields, and it comes through the vibe of their employees, their restaurants, and through the food itself. With a simple spiritual message of gratitude, abundance, and presence infused into their infrastructure and presentation, it seems the food would have a hard time measuring up. Not-so surprisingly, this is not the case. Despite the allergy-friendly, predominantly raw, and all vegan menu, the food is rich, flavorful, creative, and downright yummy! The desserts are in my opinion the most revolutionary element in the world of health-food; "guilt-free pleasure." For those who are not accustomed to raw meals, expectations are best left at the door. This is the best way to ensure a truly magical experience, which is not uncommon when in a space of Gratitude.
