Strong enough for a man, made for either.
I found this woman had recommended this product as something she used on her wedding day. Anyway, I purchased some 4 roll-on bottles. On a hot sweaty day it will last you probably 4 hours outdoors. On the plus side it contains very few ingredients:
75% Aloe Vera Gel, Herb Water (containing Arnica, Calendula, Gentian Root & Coriander), Alcloxa, Glyceryl Sterate, Gum Arabic, Whole Oat Protein, Witchhazel, GSE, Comfrey, TEA, & Fragrance.

love it!!
I loved it so much when i first got it, that i actually started brushing more. Aside from the already mentioned safe ingredient list, it doesn't leave that toothpaste like, long lasting, fresh, sticky, dry resiude on your mouth where you are thirsting for cups of water.

Good toothpaste but has foaming agents
First, many ayurvedic toothpastes fail to show ingredients. Meswak is one of the few that does but it contains a few no-nos, saccharin and sodium lauryl sulfate. If there is one place you definetly want to eliminate these chemicals, it is in your mouth where they stay in contact with very permeable membranes.
I use Jason Naturals toothpaste, has the same feel as some ayurvedic ones but with ingredients I like, like spirulina.

Excellent deodorant, all natural, and no aluminum. Smells nice and floral doesn't interrupt with your perfume. But you can sweat all day and night and you wont stink! more »
