A safe and effective sunscreen
Honestly, I haven't even tried this product yet, but when the Environmental Working Group's Cosmetic Safety Database conducted a scientific study on sunblock toxicity and effectiveness, this product was determined to be the best overall: http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com/browse.php?sunscreens=1&best=1
I'll be picking some up next time I head to the beach.
obscenely tasty
"I've fine-ly found the cheese. Of a lifeti-i-ime. A cheese to last my who-ole life through." And this is it! This is a very tasty soft cheese, which spreads nicely on a cracker at room temperature. I wish I words could do justice to the taste...it was Earthy, but not in your typical pungent/moldy type of way. It was kind of refreshing.

kinda gross
This little cup of ice cream looked like ice cream that had been in the freezer a bit too long. The texture was very gelatinous and when it began to melt in my mouth, it actually started to feel pretty gross. It had it's moments, such as when I would hit a pocket of strawberry sauce, but overall it was not good.
Maybe I would have a different opinion of it if I were totally against having dairy, but if that were the case I would just go with a Jules Organic Mandarin Orange Sorbet Bar.

Like frozen sorbet on a stick!
This bar didn't look super appetizing: it had lots of craters and such in it and didn't have a smooth appearance, but it was really good! It had a nice fresh and natural orangey taste to it. It seemed really soft though, like you would have to eat it fast - especially if you were out in hot summer sun.
Get out of my life, stuff!
I used Freecycle to get rid of some bedroom furniture when I was moving from Nebraska to California. It just wouldn't be sustainable to transport a bunch of crappy furniture across the country, would it? I couldn't believe how quickly people responded to my ad - my stuff was claimed in 5 minutes and gone in a day. San Francisco has a much more convenient version of Freecycle, though: it's called "leave your stuff on the corner and it will be gone in 2 hours."
Velvety indeed
Tasting this wine was like licking a pair of American Apparel Terry Cloth running shorts - in a good way (not that I've ever tried that).
Gentle on animals - not so gentle on you!
Honestly, I've never even used this product, but I'm glad after reading this: http://tinyurl.com/2lca4p
The Environmental Working Group conducted a study of sunblocks measuring their effectiveness and toxicity, and this sunblock didn't fare so well: it's effective and not tested on animals, but it contains high levels of neurotoxins and immunotoxins. But for the animal testing - you're even better off using some Coppertone products!

Well, at least it smells nice
I've been a fan of Crew's Forming Cream for many years, but in my search for something more natural, I came across this stuff. What a shame that I had to waste $12 just to discover that it kinda sucks. Instead of looking like you have dandruff after your hair product dries, this stuff makes you look like you have dandruff right away when you put it in. Its hold isn't very firm, it dries stiffly, then my hair starts standing straight up once some wind blows through it. At least it smells nice.

Too bitter for me
This stuff was too bitter for my tastes - but I'm not really a dark chocolate person. For some reason I kept eating it though :) I noticed it has soy lecithin in it, which I know is a concern for some people. I like Equal Exchanges Fairly Traded 55% Dark Chocolate better than this 70%. Here's the link: http://sustainlane.com/listing/OU72YKQN48PLRUPDXSXM7LFVF3MC

Creamy goodness
This chocolate is soft and creamy. I'm not much of a dark chocolate person, so the 55% blend of this stuff is just right for me.

This is a lousy prejudiced review. It never names the Toxins and is quick to reccommend other products more »
