Loving my local Market
I love Wild Oats b/c is it in the neighborhood, so I can walk to it. Their sushi rocks. Very tasty and reasonably priced. I also love the variety of organic and healthy products they carry; esp Dr. Bonner's soap. I also like Amy's brand items which are very tasty. I recently had to change my diet to due hight blood pressure. I switched to soy dream ice cream and now I am hooked. I live on butter pecan. Changing my diet has helped me develop a new respect for healthy eating and organic foods. Thank you Wild Oats for helping me lose weight and live longer. After hearing of whole foods buying them out a lot of people were very devastated about the fate of the store. I hope they can continue to be a part of the community.
