Cinnamon Nectar bars by Clif are the bomb! I love the Cinnamon flavor of Clif Nectar bars. I never get sick of them. The apricot is my next favorite flavor.

Ayurvedic Massage Maharishi Ayurveda Health Spa uses pure, organic products in their aromatherapy oils designed to balance the doshas. They have a highly respected Vaidya from India in residence named Vaidya Mohan Das. The massages are in both Indian and western styles. I have had some great massages there.
