Review of Super Size Me by Showtime Networks Inc.

4 star rating Review of Super Size Me February 11, 2009

Another Fun Documentary Everybody knows fast food is bad, but how bad exactly is it? Well, this film leaves you with no doubt. It's another fun documentary about food that I can recommend highly.

Review of King Corn Documentary by Mosaic Films

5 star rating Review of King Corn Documentary February 11, 2009

Fun This movie totally scored on the "fun" documentary, even though I know for some that is an oxymoron. The directors' premise is buying an acre of corn and seeing where it ends up. Great animation to explain what's going on, and the device keeps you interested the whole movie.

Review of Chinatown by Paramount Pictures

4 star rating Review of Chinatown February 11, 2009

Classic I'm not actually a huge fan of old movies (so sue me) but this one definite oldie and goody. It's been called the "best private eye movie ever", and "unquestionably one of the best films to emerge from the 1970s". With actor Jack Nicholson and director Roman Polanski, this movie has talent.
I won...

Review of Exotic Organic Cream Caramels by Devil in an Apron

4 star rating Review of Exotic Organic Cream Caramels February 4, 2009

Russian Roulette These soft caramels are made using fresh Straus organic dairy, Los Ancones cocoa nibs, local berries, organic Black Forest BACON, French lavender, and other fine ingredients.

Review of BPL-Bio Penetrating Lubricant by United Bio Lube

5 star rating Review of BPL-Bio Penetrating Lubricant January 30, 2009

I can just imagine what Pauly Shore and...

Review of Organic Beer by Foret

3 star rating Review of Organic Beer November 25, 2008

Crunchy Belgian A Saison style beer - light color, fruity, and earthy - yeasty. A good outdoor beer for the summer. Props for being organic, but I've had better tasting belgian beers.

Review of The SustainLane GreenSaver

5 star rating Review of The SustainLane GreenSaver November 10, 2008

Green at a Discount Anything that helps me save money on green products is good! I think the main reason I don't use traditional coupons is that they were never for any discounts on stuff that I actually wanted to buy. I try to buy green, organic and sustainable products first. So, knowing about the Green Saver...
