Review of Bottle Clean

BEST Way to Clean Your Sigg Bottle!

Seriously, these cleaning tablets are little miracles! Anyone who owns a Sigg bottle or any metal bottle knows that after a while, the bottles start to smell kind of funky and gross and need a good cleaning. I've been using dish soap, but I always had a terrible time washing all the soap out and was left with a slight soap taste in my water.

These tablets, though, are amazing! Just drop one into your bottle with warm water, let it sit for 30 minutes, and then rinse out. I've never had a cleaner bottle, and with no leftover suds or after taste! The price isn't too bad, either. You can get them from a few different stores, but I ordered mine from REI.

Review of Trader Joe's

Super-friendly staff, not so friendly practices

I love going to Trader Joe's, if just for the extremely friendly and personable staff. I've never met an angry staff person there, and furthermore, they are incredibly knowledgable about the company and their products!

Also, they do offer some pretty great deals on a lot of their products, which I have to admit, influences this 20-something non-profit worker. I do agree that their packaging is a little excessive, and for a company that touts itself on being eco-friendly and socially responsible, they could do better in that instance. Also, the fact that so much of their food comes from other countries is also a huge bummer.

But damn if I don't love their trail mixes!

No complaints so far!

I've just started using the regular laundry detergent, and I don't have any complaints yet! Seems to do the job with cleaning my clothes, with the added benefit of knowing that it's better for me and the planet. I'll keep on buying it if it does what it's already doing!

Bath tub cleaner pretty decent

First of all, I think Method does a great job with their marketing- their products just look cool, and I think that will sway a lot of the environmentally un-knowledgable to buy them without even realize that they're helping the planet.

I've used their bath tub cleaner, and it's done a pretty decent job, although I would be happier with a little more intense scrub. The smell was very pleasant and not chemically at all, which is a big plus.

Review of Shower Cleaner

Shower spray smells nice

I've only used their daily shower spray, but I was a big fan. It had a pleasant smell that wasn't too overwhelming, and from what I can tell, did the job with keeping my shower fairly clean. Really, it was better than any commercial, chemical-filled alternative, so I'll keep buying it!

Switch to Credo!

I just made my switch to Credo and couldn't be happier. Yes, it's kind of a pain to switch phone companies, but they are willing to do a lot to make it easier, such as pay for your contract cancellation fee on your other phone (up to $200), negotiate getting your current phone number, and they also send a mailing label to send your old phone to a non-profit that reuses them!

Seriously, with AT&T and other big companies giving our information to the government and letting them listen in on our conversations, I think something like Credo is a godsend! Also, 1% of the costs of your minutes spent goes towards a non-profit, which is just an added bonus

Review of ChicoBag

So compact!

I love this bag! It is so easy to just stuff into it's little pocket and throw into my messanger bag without it taking up any room! It unfolds easily into a nice-sized bag and folds back up just as easy. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone!

Great produce selection!

I'm sad that I live in Chicago now and can't go to the Joe Caputo & Son's in Palatine anymore. They had a really great produce selection with prices that couldn't be beat! I also loved the variety in ethnic foods- you could probably find something from every country in their aisles!! Support this place before you go to Jewel or Dominick's- they have a much higher quality!

Still using it, even though it's questionable

I've heard the news about the secret lining of Sigg bottles, but I'm still going to use mine. I've got one for every-day use, and I just bought a sports-bottle one, too. I think the designs are catchy and it's still a better alternative, in my opinion, to plastic. Maybe my next one will be a Kleen Kanteen, but for now I'm sticking with Sigg. Yes, it dents, but I like the fact that it gets a little character. I also love that there are different caps. I use the one that you can use a clip with to clip it onto my bag. Overall, good bottle!

Pretty good!

Some of the things I love about this bag are:

1. They're super cheap!
2. They're usualy fun and colorful
3. They're strategically placed at the check-out for those of us who sometimes forget our bags

I haven't had mine for too terribly long, and it goes in rotation with my other resuable bags, so I can't speak for durability or lifespan, but I think they're pretty great!
