A: Yes, certain cities are ahead of the pack: San Francisco (Bay Area), Washington DC, and Boulder, CO all have a high concentration of green jobs. However, Federal investment and local regulatory structures will soon change this landscape.

A: Yes, there is a new green economy, and there is a lot of hype. We need to separate fact from fiction to understand where we are in the green job movement – it's happening, but not where you would think.
