Green Energy because it is the right thing to do!
Renewable Energy Concepts is a small company created by young people from CalPoly in San Luis Obispo, CA. They designed and constructed the energy generating solar systemalmost three years ago. They analyzed our electricity consuption for the previous year and our needs -- especially since we are surrounded by tall eucalyptus trees -- and designed a small system to meet our needs at the least possible cost. When they asked the reason why we were doing this change, being that it would take us a couple of decades to recover the cost, we answered "Because it is the right thing to do." They thought that was a wonderful answer and would try their best to minimize our cost. We are extremely happy with the system they designed and constructed for us, and all we have to do is wash the panels every coupleof weeks.
