They know their fruit!

The fresh fruit varieties, more than 75 from Seedling are the best I've ever had! They can be found at some of Chicago's finest restaurants, such as Charlie Trotters, MK, and W Hotels. The owner personally teaches cooking classes at The Chopping Block each month as well! Highly recommend!
