I'm sure you can find C-Boost at your local health food stores, but it's also conveniently available at Wal-mart in the produce section. It contains all kinds of fruit juice and herbs to give your immune system a jolt. I believe it helped me fight off a cold this season. It also tastes terrific, too.

Go bare footed with Bear Balm.
This salve comes in an 8oz can. It's all natural and smells of peppermint. It's a thick balm that softens your feet. I use it overnight. Only problem for me is the smell is so strong that it affects my husband's allergies (even though it's from all natural oil -- he's very sensitive to smells). It works great, though, for softening the rough skin on my feet.

My Favorite Lip Balm
This stuff is great -- all natural and it smells divine. These come in little cans and my only wish is that it came in the ease of a stick.

Great Lip Balm
Super berry scent in an organic lip balm with SPF factor 15. You can't avoid a few chemicals to get that sun protection, but the rest of the ingrediants are all-natural. Includes bees' wax but it is gluten free.

Invigorating Tea
I tried the Tulsi Tea collection, which includes caffeinated and decaffeinated teas. These are tea bags that you prepare yourself. I believe they helped me get better faster when I caught I cold, and I felt more invigorated after drinking a cup. They taste great, too.

I love these!
They taste great, they're better for you than bars chock full of high fructose corn syrup, and they are affordable! I keep several boxes on hand for breakfasts and snacks.

GreenPrint saves you ink and paper
GreenPrint is a wonderful idea! It skillfully selects which pages need to be printed and which don't. No more will you have to toss that page that just has the URL or the ad on the bottom. Those excess Excel pages that are just lines are gone. GreenPrint is also reasonably priced; If you do a lot of printing it will pay for itself within a month.

I like Vanilla Soy Milk on Cereal
I started drinking soy milk because of its health benefits. I find it a little watered-down tasting for just drinking alone. I like the vanilla flavored on cereal because it adds a little sweetness. It's also great as a morning snack.

Nau cares about the future
I respect Nau because it's business model promotes sustainability. Unfortunately, its prices are a little more upscale than I can afford on my current salary.
