Yummy way to get your vitamins. I'm sure you can find C-Boost at your local health food stores, but it's also conveniently available at Wal-mart in the produce section. It contains all kinds of fruit juice and herbs to give your immune system a jolt. I believe it helped me fight off a cold this season. It also tastes terrific, too...

Invigorating Tea I tried the Tulsi Tea collection, which includes caffeinated and decaffeinated teas. These are tea bags that you prepare yourself. I believe they helped me get better faster when I caught I cold, and I felt more invigorated after drinking a cup. They taste great, too.

I love these! They taste great, they're better for you than bars chock full of high fructose corn syrup, and they are affordable! I keep several boxes on hand for breakfasts and snacks.

I like Vanilla Soy Milk on Cereal I started drinking soy milk because of its health benefits. I find it a little watered-down tasting for just drinking alone. I like the vanilla flavored on cereal because it adds a little sweetness. It's also great as a morning snack.
