Cheaper to Pack Your Own
Usually you spend approximately $7 on your lunch. You can pack the leftovers from last night dinner. It saves money and reduces food waste.
Have that Warm Feeling
Pack lunch for your kids and spouse. Write a short note and leave it in the lunch bag - this will make his/her day.
Bring Some Energy
If you have to go to the gym after work, you can pack some food and snacks that combine lean proteins to give you lasting energy. You can also bring one of those energy bars with you and eat it as a snack.
Only Once or Twice A Week
If you are a big pizza and burger lover or you have your favorite restaurant to go to, do it once or twice a week. Hang out with some friends and have some drinks. Having something different for yourself is always a nice treat. But remember only once or twice a week.
