So dissapointed -no stars -

I was so excited to find this source for essential oils that sounded to be of good quality. Unfortunately they shipped to wrong address and I have never received the oils or my refund. Fortunately I used my credit card and will have them reverse the charges. I had so looked forward to dealing with this company and enjoying the products but I will need to avoid this company until customer service improves.

HORRIBLE customer service

I placed an order with this company months ago. My payment of almost $50 was drafted from my account, but I never received my order. I have emailed many times and have never received a response. The phone number listed for the company is not in service. Avoid them at all costs! I didn't want to give them any stars, but you have to give at least one.
