This stuff is really hot, and I think it's local to Eugene, Oregon. Brother Brubru, also known as Bruce Langhorn, makes it, and he's a great musician. He used to be the tambourine player in Bob Dylan's early band, and Bob confided in an interview that 'Mr. Tambourine Man' had been written for and inspired by Bruce Langhorn. And it's a true story, because I asked Brother Brubru about it myself. Well, anyway, he makes a mean hot sauce that I first enjoyed at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. You can find it on the web if you Google it. If you like good, high-quality hot sauce, and you don't mind getting a bit burned, then you'll love this stuff.
