Sweet Sweetener
This stuff is most excellent. It's way healthier than sugar, and to be honest, I even prefer the taste. It is very similar to honey, except it is a little thinner. The one downside - it does NOT mix well with liquids. It's fine if you have a really hot tea, but in anything that isn't steaming hot this stuff will just sink down to the bottom, no matter how much you stir it. I like it best in food, like in some good morning quinoa with apples.

Sweet & nutritious!
A friend first introduced me to agave nectar about two years ago -- I adore this stuff. It helps me cut down on sugar in recipes and it provides a nice, light sweetness in my cooking without a heavy cane sugar taste. It's also great in tea - and a little goes a long way. A bottle lasts almost a year in my pantry.

low glycemic and delicious
i love this product. i am hypoglycemic and can not do sugar--it causes my blood sugar to plumet and i get migraines! Agave nectar has allowed me to have sweetness again in my diet. I use it for cooking, in my plain yogurt and in my tea. it's way fab!

better than sugar, cheaper than honey
i feel guiltless when i use agave. it certainly isn't the most inexpensive option for a sugar alternative, but i barely notice. madhava's is my favorite, and i have the option of dark or amber. good in coffee, on cereal, and in brownies. yum.

This my favorite natural sweetner. Made from the juice certified organic agave plants, it is a delicious mild sweetner that easily takes the place of honey, Vegan friendly. Great in tea or blended into peanut butter and used on toast.

Natural Sweetener
Having the consistency of honey, agave nectar is a wonderful substitute for sugar.
For each cup of sugar in any recipe, use 3/4 cup of agave nectar. Use in cookies, cakes, coffee, smoothies, or anything else that calls for a sweetener.
