The Scent of Bergamot

I love the scent that fills the room on those early mornings when a guest requests Numi's Aged Earl Grey. For me, a special treat is pouring a big mug for myself, swizzling in a dollop of fresh goat's milk with a stick of organic sugar crystals, and taking it out to the porch with me to sip as I water my hanging flower baskets.

Bergamot oranges in a cup

Numi produces some of the finest tea you can get, as I've spent some time browsing their practices and learning their story of dedication to the process of making tea, and then of course, drinking it.

And as a company they're about as green as you can get, definitely an uplifting story that speaks to the power of holding to the highest standards on all levels. Even their cartons are made from 100% recycled paper. They add no extra flavors or oils to their teas. They use the finest organic, fair trade ingredients. Imagine a Bergamot orange in your cup graced by the will of aged Assam black tea. Enough to make Prime Minister Charles Grey swoon into a caffeinated clarity.
