Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme
This was one of my first stepping stone products towards going fully green and organic with my care products. Originally a birthday gift, the simple jar reveals a whole different face to skin care. On application it releases a sweet almond scent that is both mouth watering and pleasant. Although such a smell could easily have become sickening, it remains sweet and not overbearing. My skin after one application was softer and less ashy. Over time I used it on my cuticles and even on the heels of my feet. This is because the creme is really very thick. It enters my skin and is able to fully nourish it--unlike lotions. I no longer use this as my main staple moisturizer of choice, but I still do buy it now and then for heel repairs during the cold seasons. During the summer I feel that the creme is far too thick for hot weather (it contains kaolin).
The reason why I switched to other hand moisturizers and body moisturizers is because this one isn't as green as they want you to believe. I soon found out the synthetic definitions behind their ingredient 'fragrance'. This is also why I mainly use this on my feet. This is really unfortunate because the creme is really wonderful.

Great on dry skin!
This handcream smells great and works great. It's perfect for those times you need something a little thicker than regular lotion. I have also used it on my very very sensitive skin legs after shaving. It prevents itching and shaving bumps, where regular lotion will not. Did I mention 100% natural ingredients?
