Dissapointed in Customer Service
If you're looking for a green kitchen renovation, Amicus leaves a lot to be desired. Their kitchen design team seems understaffed and undertrained to handle kitchen design issues promptly and smoothly. Their products are priced way above market. I would expect that in paying such high prices I would get at least average customer service. I also would love to support their mission and am willing to pay more for the green products. Unfortunately, the owner treated me with utter disdain and made it quite clear that he didn't care if he lost my business. I'm not sure what their bread and butter business is. If it's kitchen makeovers, I expect they won't make it another year. Very unfortunate and disappointing.
On the plus side. They have lots of wonderful products.

Sustainable building
Amicus Green Building is an excellent company that provides a great deal of information about the products it carries. They include environmentally sustainable paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and other things. The owner, Jason Holstine, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their website has a lot of information and they can ship anywhere. I highly recommend them.
