An exfoliating salt scrub using grocery store ingredients

This is so easy and inexpensive to make, there's no need to go out and buy a salt scrub at retail prices.

What You'll Need

  • 2 Parts Sea Salt
  • 1 Part Epsom Salt
  • Liquid Soap
  • Jojoba Oil
  • Fragrance
  • Color

Instructions

Step 1: Put salts in a bowl and add just enough liquid soap to hold it all together without it being mushy.

Step 2: Add a small amount of Jojoba Oil. Mix Well

Step 3: Add Fragrance and Color

Avoid applying to sensitive skin like on your face. It's best for arms, legs, hands and feet. Stand in the shower and gently scrub, then shower off.

Note: The salt scrub will sting, if you have any kind of abrasion or cut on your skin.

If you don't have somewhere local to buy the ingredients, you can order them online at GloryBee.

Note: the salt scrub may also sting if you have recently shaved!
