thanksgiving cranberry spread

I like cranberries but they often are too tart for me, unless mixed with other ingredients. I found this chutney one year and had to try it, and realized that it's best when pureed and used for spread on Whole Foods 'Seeduction' bread. If you prefer your meal with a twist on the traditional thanksgiving dishes, why not try this - it's so much better than the canned cranberry blob in a bowl. This chutney or puree also works great as a condiment for post-thanksgiving turkey sandwiches. Ingredients in this chutney include apples, onions, cranberries, cane sugar, brown sugar, raisins, apricots, cider vinegar, spices, mustard seed, crushed ginger, balsamic vinegar, jalapeno peppers, and chipotle. Yummy, now you can make your own. Bon Appetit!
