I used this homeopathic cream last year for foot pain and bruising after being in the hospital and off my feet for several days, and was very impressed with how well it worked in alleviating the bruising. Arnica is truly amazing for bruises and muscle pain. It's petroleum-free but it does have lanolin and I would continue to use the arnica oil for bodycare instead, but this was great for an emergency foot cream. It also absorbs well, which is a must for an efficient and effective foot cream.
