Organic Arugula, Triple-washed, bagged

Trader's bagged organic arugula is stellar. The package describes it as triple-washed, and heretofore, i have not found it necessary to wash it again before consumption.
Generally, the leaves are in good condition if you buy a bag whose sell by date is at least four days in the future. otherwise, the arugula leaves start yellowing by the second day.
The smaller leaves taste better than the somewhat bitter large leaves, so troll for a bag with smaller leaves. Excellent on everything from pizza, to stir fry -- for the stir fry, don't cook the leaves but put them on the rice just after cooking and the steam softens them up without taking out nutrients.
