Customer Service

This company may have great products, but it is severely lacking customer service. I ordered 5 LED step lights from them and they came without the proper mounting screws; that their website clearly stated were included. Upon contacting the customer service department I was informed that I could go purchase the screws at any hardware store and they were not going to provide them. I wanted to return my step lights and I was informed by the owner that there would be a 20% restocking fee, even though they did not come with the screws. The owner further informed me that he "did not care about consumer reviews or opinion's of his consumers" because he has recieved numerous awards from the department of energy and that is all that matters. Maybe the owner should go to a customer service class and learn that consumer's opinions are important.
