Certified Carbon Offsets

I am a believer in reducing as much as we can but ultimately its impossible or financially impractical to get to zero. I spent a good deal of time researching offsets and came to realize that it was a trust issue. Therefore after reviewing many sites and learning about the Green-e certification I decided that that was the way to go. I also have read a great deal from others about the Green-e seal and the extensive audits they do to ensure validity. Balanced Footprint has the right verification and focuses on projects in the USA which is important. Why send more money to countries that cant be regulated. Balanced Footprint makes it easy and I felt confident in my purchase.
