Pikolinos

I too own a few pairs of Pikolinos. The first pair I received as hand me downs(my aunt didn't like the slight heel, she is 6 ft tall) and since then I have bought my own. They are so worth the money if you want to actually be able to walk any distance in your cute shoes. I recently wore them in New York City and it was the first time I didn't get blisters, I am a daily Rainbow flip flop wearer here in Cali but my sister makes me wear "real shoes" when I visit her. I would always get blisters when I tried to walk all day in my other cute ballet flats which I won't name but were bought on sale of course at Nordstrom rack. There are quite a few pictures of me on past visits in Brooklyn or Greenwich Village sitting on a park bench attending to my feet. So this time I went to my locally owned shoe store (on college ave in Berkeley, Ca) that carries all those great but not on sale at Nordstrom rack brands like Pikolinos,Dansko and Ecco and I made my self just invest in some good quality shoes, although one pair was on sale. I broke them in here and never once had to buy a bandaid. My sister was so astonished she now owns a few pairs and there are her favorite for the long walking days of commuting in NYC.

Sexy Spanish Pumps with eco-friendly dye

I have really funky feet with big bunions. I also love to wear sleek shoes. When I tried on these shoes by Pikolinos, I was in love. They made my wide feet look narrow, and they accomodated my bunions. Then I took a look at the tag. Pikolinos uses all earth friendly dyes to create their shoes. They have a lot of support and are built with sturdy leather. I wish they were made stateside, but I was pleased to find such ergonomic design alongside environmental commitment. Granted, these shoes are a little "earthy," I still think they look pretty hot under a pair of jeans!
