I found this cream a bit too thick but effective enough, at first, for a night eye cream. It does contain royal jelly and apricot kernel oil and I did find it very emollient.

However, the smell is too strong, too talcum-y, too sweet, distracting, whatever the "fragrance" ingredient in it is made of. I also found that over time it caused the corners of my eyes to sting a bit. I'm not sure if it was due to the preservatives - sodium borate and grapefruit seed extract, or methyl 2-octynoate. which is classified as a skin irritant. Either way, for an eye creme, I found this one contained too many aggravating ingredients. Now I just use an organic oil, which works amazingly well instead.
