This product does what it says it will do.
BG's 44K is a fuel system cleaner that gains you MPG. 44K Power Enhancer safely removes engine deposits in combustion chambers, intake manifolds, ports and on valves. It cleans fuel injectors and cleans the entire fuel system. The result of this cleaning is more efficient use of your gasoline, resulting in lower fuel consumption. If you're waiting for better Hybrids or electric cars before you purchase - like me - then, I recommend BG 44K on your current ride to lower fuel consumption now. (I have no affiliation with BG Products-the stuff just works.)

BG Products
I used to sale BG Products at a lube shop back in the late 90's, I believed so much in the product, I went to work for the company and have been with them for almost 4 years now. So any body that says these products don't work, have either never tried them or didn't use them properly. I love BG Products as a company and as a career because I can look people in the eye and know that I am representing a reputable company.

HMMMMM
Full disclosure - I have not tried this product. HOWEVER, as someone who has tried products very similar to this one and always been screwed, I would like to cry wolf/snakeoil. Please, anyone who disagrees write in here and tell me why this product actually works - my mind is open. However, as far as I can tell, none of these things really make enough of a different in your engine to have any real effect on gas mileage at all.
