Organic chocolate with 70 percent cocoa solids.
This is a dark chocolate bar that will bite you back -- it has a lot of complex flavors and is best enjoyed with coffee or tea, maybe a bit of dried fruit. I do like a nice edge to my dark chocolates -- at a mere 70%, this isn't nearly as crumbly or bitter as some higher % Valhrona bars, and it's great on its own.

This stuff was too bitter for my tastes - but I'm not really a dark chocolate person. For some reason I kept eating it though :) I noticed it has soy lecithin in it, which I know is a concern for some people. I like Equal Exchanges Fairly Traded 55% Dark Chocolate better than this 70%. Here's the link: http://sustainlane.com/listing/OU72YKQN48PLRUPDXSXM7LFVF3MC

The bitter tonalities of this chocolate leap and swirl off the tonge. It's 70 percent dark and USDA-certified. Recently acquired by Cadbury, Green & Black's can still turn out a mean chocolate bar.

Whenever I'm in the mood for chocolate I reach for a Green & Blacks dark chocolate bar. Just a small peice of it is enough to satisfy my craving. It's so smooth and creamy and has such an intense cocoa flavor. I even make hot cchocolate with it, shave it on icecream and even chop it up in pancakes! After you taste Green & Blacks, any other brand just doens't taste like chocolate. And the best part is...It's Organic!
