Organic Beer-Ness of the Brown Variety
Beer is like pizza to me, on the most part--it's always good. It takes excruicatingly bad beer to make me not finish the bottle. This beer was good, it was a standard slice of cheese. I liked it for all of it's beer-ness qualities. And it's organic which makes it psychosematically better. My socks were not knocked off, but this was a tasty brown beer on the most part. It comes from Vermont, and living in California, we have so many local breweries to choose from that I would probably pick a local beer over this one because it's organic. I'm glad I tried it, and if I have the option to go organic by choosing it in the future, I will.

Good, but an acquired taste
A friend in Portland raved about this beer, so I found a local supply. It's organic - and I don't really want to drink beer that isn't - but also a little different in taste from what I'm used to. I don't think that's because it's organic!

Why I love organic beer!
I love organic beer, because well, it's beer! And it's organic! It can be surmised in just those two words. Beer is something that so many different people enjoy and to make beer using only organically grown ingredients is just making a good thing better. If every beer were made with an organic focus, there would be no such thing as a bad beer.
