Fails Fold, Wrap & Roll Test

When you can't eat gluten, you have to change your diet to food products free of wheat, rye, barley, even oats. I love making tacos, burritos and wraps, filled with a creative blend of ethnic spices and ingredients, however, I am still searching for a soft, pliable gluten-free tortilla I can wrap around my savory concoctions.

As of this review, I have settled on Food for Life's Brown Rice Tortillas for freshness and taste, however, they're too firm - they don't roll, and they crack when I try to fold them. These tortillas are best served, as the foundation to a vertical meal, letting the juices seep down to soften the tortilla, so a fork can cut through all layers. This brand may be Food for Life, but this food product may not be my food for long, if I can find a gluten-free tortilla that I can fold, wrap and roll.
