Good Brownies first, Gluten Free second

The waves of chocolate rising from the pan when you take it out of the oven says it all...

This is a convenient mix that produces a big pan of really good brownies that are also gluten free. I make them exactly as advised on the bag except that I've thrown in a handful of chocolate chips and walnuts each time.

Be careful not to overbake, they're better if you keep them moist and chewy, at least, that's how my household likes them.

Less than half the people who consumed my last pan knew or cared about gluten, they just wanted a good brownie and that's what they got.

"ooey, gooey, and fudgey" - Namaste

This all natural, allergen-free brownie mix, makes a big batch of scrump-diddly-umious brownies. They really do turn out "ooey, gooey, and fudgey". Made with evaporated cane juice, Dutch cocoa, sweet brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, salt, and xanthan gum, all you have to do is add some eggs, some oil oil (I use a blend of organic canola and coconut oils), some water and bake. They freeze well, so I make up a batch and snatch one out of the freezer whenever I have a craving for something chocolaty to have with my afternoon tea.
