The First Ever Sustainable, Eco Recording Studios. Built by Jack Johnson and his label, Brushfire Records, so that their artists can be both musical and responsible.

Jack Johnson has built new studios for his recording label, Brushfire Records, where artists like himself and G. Love can record the same big hits while leaving a small footprint. The place is built head to toe with reusable materials and powered by solar panels. These studios just make us love these artists we already loved a little more. Click he URL to watch G. Love as he gives a tour of the Brushfire Eco Studios and talks to the guys who made it happen. The short film (4 minutes and 45 seconds) also has some clips of Jack Johnson and G. Love recording their most recent albums. Enjoy!

Green Recording Studio

Nice! Cork, bamboo, Marmoleum, recycled furniture, denim insulation, EnergyStar, reclaimed wood, solar panels...a recording studio that will make others in the industry green with envy.
