Unbelievably good - Worth the 3 Hour Drive

I drive hours to get here for their carrot cake - it's amazing. Driving up tommorrow for it on my birthday in fact! I always make sure to have lunch there as well because everything is out of this World.

The ambiance leaves a lot to be desired and it's a bit hard to find, but you'll overlook all that with your first bite.

Oh me oh my

Cafe Indigo is by far the greatest kept secret in Concord, NH, but I wish it wasn't so. They deserve to have all the attention this states capital can offer. There dining area is classy and the food is oh sooo good. Eating Vegan/Organic doesn't get much better. Each meal I get is better than the next and further more, each desert is better than the one before. Well, maybe nothing tops their Carrot Cake. They are mostly a whoesale distributor, selling to the likes of our local Food Coop, so look for them at your local grocery provider and if they are not there, request that they get some in. Your missing out!
