If you do not already have your favorite hair stylist at this salon, DO NOT GO HERE. Don't take a chance with the stylists or management of this salon for the most important reason: they have absolutely Horrid Customer Service. If you don't want to hear about my experience just know that Thomas cannot cut hair and Carla Rossi (an unsympathetic 'co-owner') thinks that the appropriate customer service for an awful experience and haircut is to rebook you with another stylist and, get this, you get 25% off the next $90-$100 cut! Wow, what a deal considering I could have asked my 13 yr old cousin to do the same job for free. Now that's what I call inconsiderate and CHEAP. If you want to know details, keep reading.

I've been going to this Aveda salon for about one year. I decided to go there originally because Aveda supposedly is more eco friendly in their products than other cosmetic lines (it is true, but the degree is questionable I think).
I was really lucky that I was randomly assigned to Thomas for my haircut. He is amazing, he knew how to work with my hair's texture and had really good ideas. I always feel fantastic after I leave this place.
I docked one star because people I know have had pretty awful experiences with their waxing services here, and I didn't just hear it once. So, I recommend fully their stylists but not necessarily their wax services.
