Beware of cherry flavors
I picked up one of these bars at a trade show, but given that it has oats in it which I can't eat, I gave it to my 13 year old daughter to try. I asked her how it tasted. Her response was, "Can I use language?" Let's just say she was not impressed by the taste. :( I would suggest to all makers of fruit/nut/grain bars that they avoid cherry flavor like the plague. Cherries have such a powerful flavor, they will overpower most other ingredients, in this case, much for the worse. Cherry flavor belongs in cough syrup or throat lozenges and little else, IMO.

It's funny because our kids don't really like these bars either but my husband and I feel these are the best granola bars ever made! Yes, we would buy them anywhere they are sold. We eat them on a weekly basis. more »
