Delicious cherry pie

I confess - I'm not a huge fan of cherry pie, or most cooked fruit pies for that matter. A friend brought one to dinner from the Whole Foods bakery department.

I was impressed that it said "VEGAN" in nice big letters on the box. I was even more impressed that it was really delicious -- not overly sweet and cloying like a lot of fruit pies. It was really delicious and I was very happy to have the leftovers for breakfast with my chai.

Lagier Ranches produces some delicious food -- and their emphasis is on organic, sustainable and wholesome. Highly recommended!
