I gotta say i have some love for this place. The fact that it's organic is great, although the fact it's owned by McDonalds is not.

The one thing i REALLY don't get is how people can eat this stuff on their lunch break and then go back to work - it makes no sense? Don't all you people crash?

Next time, throw in the chips for free!

the concept of serving hormone-free meat is a great one, especially for a burrito shop, but other than that, i'm not impressed. i waited in line for 30 minutes only to spend 8 bucks on a burrito that wasn't very impressive. they even charged me for a small bag of stale chips. apparently they use compostable and recyclable materials, which is great, but why serve good meat in compostables only to also serve coke and other sugar saturated drinks? might as well go that extra mile.

i live in the mission district, and have a plethora of local (although not necessarily organic) tasty options to choose from. i won't be straying far from home for a tasty burrito again.

good idea, chipotle, but bad execution. try again and take some notes from the locals.

Chipotle

Chain restaurant serving burritos, tacos, etc. Absolutely wonderful, yummy, not too expensive. National. They don't advertise it, but they use as many organics as possible and contract out to local farmers for sustainably raised and humanely slaughtered meats. Even their cups, bowls & stuff are made from recyclable products. Really an awesome large company that is making a huge difference.
