Did you Know Wheat Grass is Gluten-Free?
And, Chocolate too! This I didn't know: If you are allergic to wheat, you most likely can still eat wheat grass. I'm going to talk to my allergist first, as I'm intolerant of gluten in wheat, barley, oats and allergic to most grasses. If my doc approves, I'm going to give it a try. If it works for me, like the canary in the mine shaft, it is probably going work for anyone with food sensitivities.
This is from their FAQ page: "Most likely you can eat wheat grass. Wheat allergies are usually a reaction to the gluten found in the wheat berry. Wheat grass is a vegetable, cut before the wheat plant forms the grain (berry). Amazing Grass Wheat Grass has no gluten. In fact, many customers have found consuming wheat grass actually helps with allergies since the body needs all the nutrients it can get to combat allergens. It's always recommended that you check with your doctor/allergist or nutritionist before adding anything new to your diet, including Amazing Grass Wheat Grass".

YUM - Amazing Grass has done it again
I've been taking their Green SuperFood for years now and love it. When I read that Amazing Grass had come out with a chocolate version of their Green SuperFood I knew I had to try it. What can I say other than yum yum! Same benefits as their Green SuperFood but with the added benefits of cacao. It's been a nice change to my normal morning routine. I totally recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
