Purveyors of fine, locally made sweets
I can't believe a 24-year-old made this happening business happen, but that's awesome. I even met Christian Wong (chief chocolate officer) the day I popped into their Greenlake shop. It's a small shop, quite cozy. Right on the big green lake, too!
The hot chocolates are to die for. I exaggerate slightly. But if you won't fight for local business and local control, what will you die for?
I liked the orange chocolate, but my friends liked their (different) flavors even more. And the best parts of it are: locally owned, operated, part of the community for real. And, for $.45 more, you can have organic valley milk instead of industrial CH4-rBST milk.
