Run Away

Don't ever go there. When you first come in, they are nice as can be. However, if you have a complaint, the owner/manger gets really nasty. My shirts came back like they'd never been cleaned or pressed. One shirt was completely ruined. That's what I paid for, really? And the previous posts are right on when they say the manager is rude. When I asked for compensation, she had the nerve to tell me since I hadn't been there before, she had no relationship with me and owed me nothing. Seriously, why would I come back with that attitude and bad practices?

Terrible Customer Service

My husband always has his business clothes dry cleaned. We changed cleaners when this company opened a location close to our home(281/Evans). Well, we have had one bad experience after another. I would say 90% of the time the clothes were never there when we were told they would be ready. One time two days later they had to deliver them to our house...still charged the full price, after they "misplaced" the clothes!! Then about every other time after that his clothes were always a day later then what was told when we dropped them off! But this last situation topped them all. My husband picked up his clothes, the next day he put on a pair of the pants,and went to work. When he reached his first stop(on the other side of town) he notice stains on his pants that were not there before. So the next day I took them by the cleaners and by chance the "owner" was there. Well, she went on to inform me that he had to do something to them cause they don't stain clothes. She went on arguing with me..so much for positive customer service. Another customer walked in she asked this customer if she had any problems...this customer stated that it was her first time. During this time the employee there asked for my name. But behind me I can hear her whispering comments to this customer about my situation. I informed her if she had something to say to say it to me not another customer. She said what she had nothing more to say to me...I picked up the pants and walked out! I will NEVER go to this place again and will NOT RECOMMEND anyone either!!! Very unprofessional...not customer friendly...DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE!!!!

Horrible

I agree with the previous post. They did a horrible job and ruined my item. They are rude beyond belief and refuse to work things out. The manager hung up on the employee I was working with as well. I can't imagine they will stay in business with their customer service model and their shoddy workmanship.

Horrible!

My first visit was terrible! My clothes were late! When I came back for the THIRD time to pick them up they were pressed horribly and looked like they hadn't even been washed! I mean for $5 a blouse I expect good quality, I also do not understand their "supposed" 5 star customer service! I was treated like "oh well big deal" when I tried to speak with a manager, the manager hung up on the poor employee working there! Absolutely a waste of time, it's a shame that such a company would be subject to such bad ethics.

Clothesline is the best quality cleaners in Texas.

My skin used to break out, and I got headaches daily.
Now that I frequent Clothesline, I'm symptom free.
My clothes feel and look so much better, and the best of all, NO STINKY smell.
