Best light roast mountain organic shade coffe

Sol Colibri is a small family owned organic coffee farm in the high mountain region South of San Jose, Costa Rica. Arturo grows the coffee on his shaded hillside without the use of chemicals. He dries, roasts and packages the coffee on site and then brings it the Pacific Northwest, USA to sell at local markets. His light roast is my favorite coffee of all times and is a rare treat every year. Look for Sol Colibri coffee at local market in the PNW and organic grocery stores, such as Whole Foods. UMMM!
