I always visit my local Aveda store for the free tea and hand massage. The tea itself is delicious-- you don't need to add any sugar or honey to it because it's sweet the way it is. The box of tea bags is more spendy than a normal box of tea bags you'd buy at the local grocery store, but the taste of Aveda tea is in it's own league. Nothing compares! :)

Soothing tea

This is the tea that you're offered whenever you step into any Aveda store. I love it in the Winter time because it has a cool, soothing effect in the back of the throat as you swallow. It doesn't need sugar or honey, it has the perfect blend of flavors for everyone to enjoy. They also offer this same tea in tea bags, for a couple more dollars you don't have to hassle with those tea balls.

AfternoonTea

I've been instructed to eliminate caffeine and sugar from my diet and have found the perfect after lunch sweet - Aveda's Calming Tea. With peppermint as one of the ingredients, it helps with digestion and the second ingredient, licorice root is the ultimate natural sweetening taste. It doesn't have the strong black licorice flavor. It's simply nice and flavorful. It's been wonderful to incorporate it into my daily routine.
