I've been instructed to eliminate caffeine and sugar from my diet and have found the perfect after lunch sweet - Aveda's Calming Tea. With peppermint as one of the ingredients, it helps with digestion and the second ingredient, licorice root is the ultimate natural sweetening taste. It doesn't have the strong black licorice flavor. It's simply nice and flavorful. It's been wonderful to incorporate it into my daily routine.
