Crystallized Ginger
Ginger is know for its healing and energizing benefits.I keep a bag of Naturally Preferred Crystallized Ginger around just to snack on, drop into hot water as a soothing beverage with lemon, and as a digestive aid with meals. Evaporated cane juice crystallizes around the chunks of ginger.
