Coffee substitute that is actually good for you!

I picked up a bad 5-6 espresso/day habit when I worked at Netscape. We had free espresso and coffee machines on every floor, and it kept us all humming well into the night. 10 years later, I no longer drink coffee, as I've come to dislike the racing heart, constant crazed adrenal glands, and upset stomach that usually followed a good cup of Joe. I tried decaf, but I was concerned about how they got the caffeine out of those beans (petroleum based chemical extraction usually). My wife found this Dandy Blend, and I have to say that it is really great! I drink a lot of tea, but there is still something I love about the taste and smell of real coffee. Dandy blend is a nice substitute, plus is has no caffeine, no acidity, and nothing artifical. It is made of dandelion root, beetroot, chicory, rye, and barley. I make lattes with it with raw milk (see my Claravale farms review). Yum!
